Power Yoga is a fitness based yoga flow, with the emphasis on moving through poses quickly. It is designed to build strength and endurance and improvement of cardio function. Power yoga is a derivative of Vinyasa yoga, a concentration on the flow of poses. Power Yoga is moved at a faster pace than traditional vinyasa or hatha yoga.
