Do you love the water, live local to Austin (or can travel), and want to take your yoga practice to the next level? Try our Stand up Paddle Board Yoga!

What is SUP Yoga?


SUP Yoga is yoga on a paddle board. We take many poses from traditional yoga and slowly flow on a floating paddleboard on Lady Bird Lake, which adds an extra dimension of instability. This helps engage your core muscles even more than traditional yoga on a mat. You also get the extra benefits of being surrounded by calming water and lovely scenery while you practice! And there’s nothing quite like being in savasana with the sun on your skin and the water gently rocking the board you’re laying on!

We will offer SUP Yoga in Austin on Lady Bird Lake for the first time this summer! Check our schedule page for the dates we will be meeting on our floating “mat” on the lake!
